EyeBill billing and Alcatel softswitch delivered an integrated platform that will enable one of the biggest ISPs in Turkey to provide prepaid and postpaid VoIP services to corporate and residential customers on the domestic market. The project endorsed and coordinated by EyeBill’s regional system integration partner — TruNet, — gives hopes to mid-sized telcos that a high-return investment in carrier-class billing system with short custom integration and deployment cycles is possible.
EyeBill won the billing project among four major telecom billing vendors. The appreciated advantages of EyeBill were ability to handle large and rapidly increasing traffic volumes, a single platform for billing and reporting for all types of VoIP services and web interface, fully translated in Turkish. Having these requirements satisfied, DorukNet ensures stable revenue stream under the conditions of fast traffic volume growth, introduces flexible billing and rating and promotes improved management efficiency.
