How does the solution work

Here is the sequence of a call event:

  1. Through the Web interface, the operator in a call shop connects to EyeBill Call Shop Web Server and activates a booth
  2. A client walks in a cabin a dials a number. EyeBill real-time server (RTS) checks if the phone's Client ID and ANI are present in the billing Database
  3. If the phone details are not available in the database, the RTS rejects the call. If the phone details are available in the database, the Billing server connects to EyeBill Call Shop Web Server to see if the call shop operator has enabled the cabin for making calls.
  4. The Call Shop Web Server returns a response to the RTS's request
  5. If the cabin is active, EyeBill RTS allows the client to proceed with the call
  6. Through the web interface, the call shop operator connects to EyeBill Call Shop Web Server to monitor the calls from the call shop's cabins
